Wednesday was a busy day. It ended with Marty planning a last minute, spur of the moment trip for us to the Great Homeschool Convention in Greenville, S.C. Before we went “shopping”, he took us to the Biltmore Estates.
On Thursday, we spent the day in Asheville, N.C. on the beautiful property of the Biltmore. He had us stay at the Inn on the Biltmore, a luxury hotel that just won Forbes’ Four Star Award. This morning and afternoon was spent at the Biltmore house and gardens. Oh it was so beautiful. We drove to Greenville to “shop”. I can’t wait to share the fun stuff I picked up at the homeschool convention. We left after a few hours and drove to Columbia. This makes the 3rd state capital we have seen in 4 weeks- Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. This is also another SEC school campus we’ve checked out. You can never be too prepared for college can you? I can’t wait to see what tomorrow has in store. We are just planning as we go now. Where we stop, no one knows!!
Homeschool traveling is the best!!
