Happiness is an RV Full of Kids. However, I am not a fan of being in an rv when those said kids are fighting. We are all just too close to deal with the nonsense.
Back in April, Marty and I bought our 2nd rv. This one is much smaller than our last one but it has more personality. Plus we’ve gone over 6,000 miles in this one already. The last one seen maybe 500 before we sold it.
Our newest baby is a 2016 Coachmen Clipper 1285sst. It’s fantastic. And for a pop-up camper, it fits us perfectly. Even the dogs fit which we thought was going to be too much.
These are just images from the Coachmen Website, but they are cool. I don’t have any interior photos that are this bright since we tend to park our camper near trees or some type of shade. We do have a toilet and a shower. We don’t use the shower but the toilet has come in handy when I do not want to trek across the RV park to the bathrooms. Even though they are safe, I’d rather not.
When we bought this camper, our must haves were A/C, a toilet, and enough room for us all. We looked for a couple months and then this appeared in a blink of my eye while driving down I-95. Seriously. After negotiations (because I refuse to pay full price), it was ours and we went on our first trip almost immediately. We’ve grown as a family since we decided to become a RV owners again.
We even bring our card and board games along. It has us staying up way too late to see who can beat who. The kids love it. They all share a king size bed and we have ours. Soon Bubba will be too “cool” to share the king bed with his sisters so he has the couch. No worries there. It pulls out to be double that size.
For me, Happiness is an RV Full of Kids who laugh, fight, and enjoy life.
