“Workin’ on my fitness…”

Now, I have the Black-Eyed Peas in my head. It could be worse, I guess. We are crummy parents. Our children lack in the backyard fun because we no longer have a swingset for them. When we moved to Fort Benning, we took ours to my moms. When we moved back, we didn’t want to move it again. Our neighborhood has an ah-mazing playground but I get aggravated with having to go there in this yucky weather (okay, it may not be too horrible in the south, but it isn’t very “March” weather). What to do? What to do?

Marty and I decided we would buy the kids a swingset. At first we were set on a wooden one. Then I realized I was not happy with the prices and size that come with those “fancy” wood ones. The metal ones were blah too. What in the world, people! Why can’t these companies make an awesome set without the eye bulge of a price tag?

After researching a bit more, I scrolled across an interesting concept on the “swingset”. After Marty looked it over, we discussed it more and then voila- CHECKOUT. My babies will leave me alone now. Hehehe, but seriously, they will leave me alone with the nagging of wanting to be outside. Soon I can sit in my kitchen and watch them play.
